I work out with Cooper Sellers. He is the owner & an excellent personal trainer. I’ve worked with him for 14yrs. Over the years I’ve had occasions to meet several of the other trainers working there. They are all highly competent, very professional as well as being really nice people. I strongly recommend the Training Box to anyone who is looking for a quality professional gym!!
